Applications are invited for the Romania Government Scholarships 2024 Study for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. Programs in Romanian Institutes are eligible for the Scholarships. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania will fully cover all expenses for the duration of the scholarship. This Scholarship is given each year by the Romanian government. submit an application online. Every applicant from a non-EU country may apply, regardless of nationality. Citizens of Europe may NOT apply.
About Romania’s Government
The Government of Romania is a semi-presidential system, with a President as the head of state and a Prime Minister as the head of government. The current President of Romania is Klaus Iohannis, who took office in 2014, while the current Prime Minister is Nicolae Ciucă, who took office in December 2021. Eligibility Criteria

- Should not hold Romanian citizenship.
- Not more than 35 years of age for bachelor’s and master’s Studies and 45 years, respectively, for Doctoral Studies or postgraduate studies.
