Eligibility Requirements
- For this scholarship, all international students are eligible to apply.
- The applicant must come from abroad.

- Candidates for master’s degree programs must be under 35 years old.
- A Master’s degree and a minimum age of 40 are prerequisites for Ph.D. degree programs.
