Rotary Peace Fellowship

Rotary Peace Fellowship is offered for international students. Students can study Master’s degree programs and Professional development certificate programs in Rotary Partner Countries. The purpose of the Rotary Peace scholarships is to promote peace and development around the whole globe. Rotary Program was established in 2002, and since then it has educated more than 1500 international students from around the world.

The Rotary Peace Fellowship is awarded to students who are interested in peace and the development of the world. Students with Rotary Peace Fellowship experience get to do jobs in government organizations, NGOs, educational institutes, and organizations like the World Bank and the United Nations. Rotary Peace Fellowship awards a total of 150 scholarships, students can study and do research for a Master’s Degree under the Rotary fellowship for 15-24 months. Students can also learn a Professional development certificate program for a one-year learning program.

Eligibility Criteria

The following are the eligibility criteria for the Peace Fellowship Program:

  • Must be proficient in the English Language.
  • For the Certificate Program, students must have completed a bachelor’s degree program.
  • For the Certificate Program, the Student must have 5 years of experience in peace and development.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Motivated and have a good academic background.
  • Students enrolled in bachelor’s degree programs are not eligible to apply for Peace Fellowship.
  • For the Master’s Degree Program, students must have a bachelor’s degree and a 3-year work experience in a related field.
  • Students with any disabilities are welcome to apply.
  • Students can not apply if they belong to a Rotary member, an employee of a Rotary club, Rotary International, or another Rotary entity.
